Her education background in Industrial Psychology and Leadership has created a foundation for her career, which has meandered through Human Resources Business Partnering and Talent Management; with a move to Technology in People Change, Business Manager, Engineering Lead and her latest endeavour in Cyber Security shaping Cyber Learning in the team.
